<br />That, Whereas, RICHARD D. PLAMBECK and PENNY J. PLAMBECK, husband and wife,
<br />3217 Roselawn drive, Grand Island, County of HALL, in the State of Nebraska
<br />by a Deed of Trust dated the 28th day of February, 2000 and duly recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of the County of HALL and the State
<br />of Nebraska, on the 1st day of March, 2000 recorded in Book 200001679 of
<br />Mortgages in said office, conveyed to the Boelus State Bank, certain real
<br />estate in said Deed of Trust described, in trust, to secure the payment of
<br />the indebtedness mentioned therein:

<br />AND, WHEREAS, Said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said
<br />trust have been fully satisfied; BOELUS STATE BANK, does hereby remise,
<br />release and quit claim unto the present owner or owners the said real
<br />estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns said owner or owners
<br />forever, all the right, title, and interest which it has under and by
<br />virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of
<br />Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater
<br />certainty.
