<br />DARREL GLOE, also known as Darrel L. Gloe, and SHARON GLOE, also
<br />known as Sharon K. Gloe, husband and wife, and RANDALL ALEXANDER,
<br />TRUSTEE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration, including boundary line confirmation, such
<br />consideration having been received from PLATTE RIVER WHOOPING CRANE
<br />MAINTENANCE TRUST, INC., a Nebraska non-profit corporation, formerly
<br />known as Platte River Whooping Crane Habitat Maintenance Trust, Inc.,
<br />hereinafter called "Grantee," quitclaim to Grantee the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201):

<br />All Platte River accretion lands in Section 23, Township 9
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which are located south and southeaster1y
<br />of the following-described line:
<br />
<br />Commencing at a point where the West line of
<br />Government Lot 2 in Section 23, Township 9 North,
<br />Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, intersects the southerly right-of-
<br />way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 80, and assuming
<br />the West line of Government Lot 2 in said Section 23
<br />has a bearing of S 00026'44" W, and all bearings
<br />contained herein are relative thereto; thence S
<br />00026'44" W, on the West line of Government Lot 2 in
<br />said Section 23, a distance of 328.78 feet to the
<br />northerly high bank of the Middle Channel of the
<br />Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte River
<br />being depicted on the original U.S. Government Survey
<br />of Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867; thence
<br />leaving said northerly high bank of said Middle
<br />Channel of the Platte River, and proceeding S
<br />22045'02" E a distance of 2157.06 feet to a point;
<br />thence S 44017'41" W a distance of 255.41 feet to a
