(hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"the Crane Trust"), DARREL GLOE, also known as Darrel L. Gloe, and <br /> <br />SHARON GLOE, also known as Sharon K. Gloe, husband and wife <br /> <br />(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Gloes"), and RANDALL <br /> <br />ALEXANDER, TRUSTEE (hereinafter referred to as "Trustee <br /> <br />Alexander") . <br /> <br />R.eoital.s <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gloes and Trustee Alexander are the record owners of <br /> <br />the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />(a) All those portions of Government Lots 1 and 2 in <br />Section 23, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the <br />6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which <br />are located South of the southerly right-of-way line <br />of U.S. Interstate Highway 80: and <br /> <br />(b) All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and <br />adjacent to Government Lots 1 and 2 in Section 23, <br />Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska <br />
