<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ryan J.
<br />Bartels and Shannon R. Bartels, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated July 2, 2007, and
<br />recorded July 5, 2007, Instrument Number 0200705655 in the office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />premises:
