<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the owner and holder of the note or notes or other security agreements
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary, being the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust as the successor by
<br />reason of distribution to him from the Estate of Laurent~e Krug in proceedings found as Case No. PR03-16 in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, acknowledgcs that all sum~ and obligations sccured by said Dccd of Trust have been fully paid or
<br />satisfied; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute AREND R. BAACK, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as the trustee under said Deed of Trust, in the place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and requests that
<br />such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such Dced of Trust.

<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />I. Substitution of Trustee. AREND R. BAACK, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose mailing
<br />address is P.O. Box 790, Grand Island, NE 68802-0790, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Preface and Deed of
<br />Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by GERALD W. BRUNS and MARY E. BRUNS, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which
<br />LAURENCE KRUG, was originally named as the Beneficiary and THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, as Trustee, dated December 16,1997, and recorded January 7,1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-100137.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove described have been satisfied and said Trustee
<br />has received written request from such Successor Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, a Member of the Nebraska Bar Association in his capacity as
<br />Successor Trustee under the above-described Deed of Trust, herein called the Grantor, in considcration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Deed of Trust received from Trustor, does hereby release and re-confirm unto thc person or
