<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the owner and holder of the note or notes or other security agreements
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust hereafter described;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary, being the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust as the successor by
<br />reason of distribution to him from the Estate of Laurence Krug in proceedings found as Case No. PR03-16 in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, at,knowledges that all sums and obligations secured by said Deed of Trust have been hIlly paid or
<br />satisfied; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute AREND R. BAACK, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association. as the trustee under said Deed of Trust, in the placc or stcad of Trustec originally named thercin and requests that
<br />such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such Deed of Trust.

<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. AREND R. BAACK, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose mailing
<br />address is P.O. Box 790, Grand Island, NE 68802-0790, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Acknowledgment and
<br />Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by MICHAEL WIECK and ROSWITHA WIECK. husband and wife, as Trustor,
<br />in which LAURENCE KRUG and NAOMI KRUG, were originally named as the Bencficiary and ARTHUR C. MAYER, as
<br />Trustee. dated November II, 1992, and recorded November 12, 1992, in the Office of the Register of Decds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document Nos. 92-109816 and 92-109817.

<br />2. Direction for Reconvevance. Successor Bcneficiary further instructs said Successor Tru tee to reconvey, without
<br />warranty, all the estate now held under this Decd of Trust to the person or persons leg entitle the o.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove described have been satisfied and said Trustee
<br />has received written request from such Successor Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, a Member of the Nebraska Bar Association in his capacity as
<br />Successor Trustee under the above-described Deed of Trust, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Deed of Trust received from Trustor, does hereby release and re-confirm unto the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
