<br />SINCLAIR MARKETING INC., a Wyoming corporation, successor in interest to Sinclair Marketing, Inc.,

<br />deflecting 134 degrees, 59 minutes, 27 seconds Right a distance of9.83 feet; thence Southwesterly
<br />deflecting 45 degrees, 01 minutes, 26 seconds Left a distance of 151.05 feet to the Southwesterly line of
<br />said Lot 3, thence Northwesterly along said Line deflecting 90 degrees, 01 minutes, 59 seconds
<br />Right a distance of6.29 feet to the point of beginning, containing an area of 1,011.32 square feet, more or

<br />Grantor, its heirs, successors, affiliates or assigns hereby retains and reserves all rights to any minerals in or
<br />above the above described Property the ("Minerals"). Grantor, its heirs, successors, affiliates or assigns shall have
<br />no right to enter or use the surface of the Property for the extraction or use of the Minerals or to remove the Minerals
<br />if the Mineral extraction would unreasonably damage or impair the use of the Property.
