Stowell, under the Trust <br />Deed/Deed Of Trust made, executed and delivered by Trustor, Franklin A Stefanowicz, that a <br />breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred. <br />This Trust Deed/Deed Of Trust is recorded as Instrument #200709845 in the Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. The nature of the aforementioned breach is that payment of2006 real estate <br />taxes have not been paid by Trustor and said taxes are delinquent.
