<br />and GALEN E SEARS owe Lender the principal sum of Twentywthree Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-seven
<br />and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $23,687.00), which is evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar
<br />writing dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for periodic payments
<br />("Periodic Payments"), with the full debt, ifnot paid earlier, due and payable on September 5, ZOI7. This Security
<br />Instrument secures to Lender: (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note, with interest, and all renewals,
