<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record January 7, 2008 as
<br />Instrument No. 200800159 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Notice of Default refers to the trust deed executed by James K. Keeshan, a Single Person,
<br />as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island is named
<br />Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law as Trustee and filed for record May 15, 1998
<br />as Document No. 98-104636, and re-recorded on June 2, 1998, as Document No. 98-105253, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska upon the following described
<br />property to-wit:
