The current lawful holder <br />of the promissory note is U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is <br />accelerated and as of 12/31/2007, is in the amount of the unpaid principal balance of $ <br />76,740.76, plus interest thereafter.
