<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated November 4, 2004, and recorded on November
<br />18, 2004, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2004-11200 wherein Joshua C. Alberti,
<br />single man and Angel M. Crosby, a single person are named Trustorsi
<br />and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named
<br />BeneficiarYi and Gary D. Byrne is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $92,000,00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereofi that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Martgage Electranic Registration Systems,
<br />Inc. to Everhome Mortgage Company by an Assignment dated November
<br />5, 2007 and recarded an November 15, 2007 as Instrument No.
<br />200709733 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
