<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 6.2006 and recorded OCTOBER 12.2006 the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #
<br />0200609139 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therei~ the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
