<br />HARRY C. PREISENDORF, Trustee of the HARRY CHARLES PREISENDORF ~
<br />TRUST, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to HARRY C.

<br />in Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />An undivided one-fourth interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty-four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />An undivided one-fourth interest in the South One Hundred Fifty Eight (158) feet
<br />of the West One Hundred (100) feet of Lot Seventeen (17) of Home Subdivision
<br />of that part of the Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) of Section Nine (9), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska which lies West of Wheeler Street; which rectangular tract hereby
<br />conveyed is bounded on the South by State Street and on the West by Broadwell
<br />Street, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; excepting tract deeded to City of
<br />Grand Island described in deed and recorded in Book 158 at Page 552.

<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from all encumbrances other
