<br />DARREL GLOE, also known as Darrel L. Gloe, and SHARON GLOE, also
<br />known as Sharon K. Gloe, husband and wife, and RANDALL ALEXANDER,
<br />TRUSTEE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration, including boundary line confirmation, such
<br />consideration having been received from THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, a
<br />District of Columbia non-profit corporation, hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee," quitclaim to Grantee the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201):

<br />All Platte River accretion lands in Sections 18 and 19, both
<br />in Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which are located south and
<br />southeaster1y of the following-described line:

<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Government Lot
<br />1 in Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of
<br />the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which point is on the West line of Government Lot 5
<br />in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the
<br />6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />assuming the West line of Government Lot 5 in said
<br />Section 18 as bearing S 00046'07" W, and all bearings
<br />contained herein being relative thereto; thence S
<br />00046'07" W, on the West line of Government Lot 5 in
<br />said Section 18, a distance of 512.43 feet to a point
<br />on the northerly high bank of the Middle Channel of
<br />the Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte
<br />River being depicted on the original U.S. Government
<br />Surveys of Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th
<br />Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, and Township
<br />9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian,
<br />dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the
<br />northerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the
