Gloe, husband and wife, and RANDALL ALEXANDER, <br />TRUSTEE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other <br />valuable consideration, including boundary line confirmation, such <br />consideration having been received from THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, a <br />District of Columbia non-profit corporation, hereinafter called <br />"Grantee," quitclaim to Grantee the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb.
