Gloe, husband and wife, and RANDALL ALEXANDER, TRUSTEE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, including boundary line confirmation, such consideration having been received from THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, a District of Columbia non-profit corporation, hereinafter called "Grantee," quitclaim to Grantee the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201): All Platte River accretion lands in Sections 18 and 19, both in Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which are located south and southeasterly of the following-described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Government Lot 1 in Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, which point is on the West line of Government Lot 5 in Section 18, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and assuming the West line of Government Lot 5 in said Section 18 as bearing S 00046'07" W, and all bearings contained herein being relative thereto; thence S 00046'07" W, on the West line of Government Lot 5 in said Section 18, a distance of 512.43 feet to a point on the northerly high bank of the Middle Channel of the Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte River being depicted on the original U.S. Government Surveys of Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, and Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the northerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the Page 1 of 3 Pages Exhibit "B-
