Stauss, a single person; Mark J. Stauss, a <br />married person and Tracy L. Stauss, his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska <br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument <br />0200611513 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 28th day of December, 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block One Hundred One (101), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition <br />and it's complement, Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block One Hundred One (101), in Railroad <br />Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom <br />the North 49.2 Feet thereof conveyed by Deed recorded in Book 89, Page 602 <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 25th day of January, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS NK, TRUSTEE <br /> <br /> <br />, oyle <br />President <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />H <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 25th day of January, <br />2008, by Edward M.
