<br />Seller, entered into an Installment Agreement for Sale and
<br />Purchase of Real Estate dated 1.L"') 1 , 2 007, in which he
<br />agreed to sell the real estate located at 16 Venus, AIda,
<br />Nebraska 68810, legally described as follows:
