<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT Craig A. Knickrehm, Attorney at Law duly licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska,
<br />Trustee, in the exercise of the power of sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this
<br />indenture,
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH THAT:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, for a valuable consideration on March 9, 2006, Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating,
<br />Inc., a Nebraska corporation, Trustor, executed and delivered its Deed of Trust to U.S. Bank, N.A., as
<br />Trustee, and U.S. Bank N.A., as Beneficiary, conveying the real estate hereinafter described in trust, with
<br />power of sale, in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth therein; that said Deed of Trust was
<br />thereafter recorded on March 1 0, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200602124; on or about August 17,2006, PreisendorfPlumbing and Heating, Inc. made,
<br />executed and delivered to U.S. Bank, N.A., an Amendment to Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security
<br />Agreement and Assignment of rents and Leases (Including Fixture Filing Under Uniform Commercial
<br />Code), which amendment was recorded on August 23,2006 as Instrument No. 0200607530, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, that on February 2, 2007, U.S. Bank N.A., Beneficiary upon the aforementioned
<br />Deed of Trust, appointed Craig A. Knickrehm, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, which
<br />Substitution of Trustee was recorded October 15, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200708827 in the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. A copy of said Substitution of Trustee was served upon the prior
<br />Trustee, U.S. Bank N.A., on or about October 11,2007; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustor having defaulted in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby
<br />and the Beneficiary having delivered to the Trustee a written declaration of default and having deposited
<br />with the Trustee all promissory notes; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1006, Statutes of Nebraska, on October 15,2007, the
<br />Trustee filed a Notice of Default in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200708828, which Notice fully complied with the requirements of said statute; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76-1008, Statutes of Nebraska, on October 19, 2007, the
<br />Trustee mailed by certified mail, with postage prepaid, a copy of such Notice of Default with the
<br />recording date shown thereon, addressed to the following interested parties, to-wit:
