<br />INC., as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as

<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,

<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
