<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />July 25, 2005, by JARED L. LEWANDOWSKI and TRICIA N. LEWANDOWSKI, husband
<br />and wife, Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,
<br />INC., as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as
<br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 25,2005, as Instrument No. 2005-07057, of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK,
<br />N.A., by virtue of an Assignment filed for record on January 24, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-
<br />00575 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been
<br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (151), BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND

<br />Said default under the terms ofthe Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees ffild costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Tmstee has detennined to sell or cause to be sold the trust propeny
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
