<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 10.2006 and recorded MAY to.2006 the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT # 0200604134 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
