<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MICHAEL JOHN THOMSON. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 2. 2007 and
<br />recorded AUGUST 22. 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 200707196 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
