<br />You are hereby notified that Barbara D. Antle, also known as Barbara Antle, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, did on or about April 4, 2003 and February 15, 2005, make, execute and
<br />deliver unto Heritage Bank, Trustee, two separate Deeds of Trust wherein said Trustor
<br />conveyed the following-described real property:
<br />
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Two (2), Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of two separate loans which the Trustor obtained from Heritage
<br />Bank, Beneficiary of said Deeds of Trust which were recorded on Apri19, 2003 and February
<br />16,2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at Instrument No.
<br />200304216 and at Instrument No. 200501331.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the
<br />Trustor for which the trust property was conveyed as security, to wit: that the Trustor has
<br />failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deeds of Trust to satisfy
<br />said obligation.
<br />
