<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated December 4,2007 and executed by Hastings Ventures, LLC, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company and Starostka Homes, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded As Instrument 0200710189 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 5th
<br />day of December, 2007.

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Two (2), Block Four (4), Woodland Park 4th Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 23rd day of January, 2008.
