<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott C. Lane
<br />and Cindra Lane, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Tier One Bank, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated April 27, 2007 and recorded April 30, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />entered in Instrument # 0200703467 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
