<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DAVID A VASEY AND TERESA K VASEY. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA TlON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 20.2007 and recorded JUNE 27. 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200705387 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
