<br />Mark 1. Stauss and Tracy Stauss, husband and wife, and Carol 1. Stauss, a single
<br />person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, conveys to GRANTEE, Domingo Rivera and Yesenia O. Rivera, husband and
