<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM R. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated FEBRUARY 14, 2005,

<br />MERS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was
