Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County. <br />State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />RECORDED IN HAll COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 0200705962 ON 7~13-2007. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of <br />Nebraska: <br /> <br />THE EAST HALF OF THE WEST HALF (E1/2W1/2) OF LOTS ONE (1 I, AND TWO (2). IN BLOCK SEVEN (7). IN HANN'S THIRD <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 219 E KOENIG ST , GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. <br /> <br />MODIFICATION, Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows; <br /> <br />WITH TERMS AS AGREED UPON IN NOTE # 101215297 DATED 1-14-2008, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A NEW MATURITY <br />DATED JULY 12th 2008, AND A NEW PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF $ 43,272.20. <br /> <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY, Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect.
