Romero and Rhonda L. Romero, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 5, <br />2005 as Instrument No. 0200504098, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Block Seven (7), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand [sland, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
