<br />The undersigned, as Trustee-under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Omar Michael
<br />Toukan and Laurel Z. Toukan, husband and wife as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to The Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, NA due to a
<br />name change and merger as Beneficiary, dated as of May 22, 2003, and recorded on May 22,
<br />2003, Instrument number 0200306471, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to
<br />the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request
<br />of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
