<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tommy L.
<br />Ummel Sr, A Single Person, to TierOne Bank, Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, the Beneficiary named therein dated
