<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 15, 1998 executed by Randy L. Dibbern and Gloria A.
<br />Dibbern, husband and wife, and Joed W. Dibbern and Robyn Dibbern, husband and wife, in
<br />which Dannie Stauffer a/k/a Dan Stauffer and Doris E. Stauffer, husband and wife, are named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #98-100380 on the 15th
<br />day of January, 1998, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received a request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW %) of Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have
<br />been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 17th day of January, 2008.
