<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998, wherein Russell W. Wolf and Irene S. Wolf, Husband and
<br />Wife are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on March 27, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-102777 and contains as trust
<br />property, the following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />The Easterly Forty-Four and Fifteen Hundredths Feet (44.15') of Lot One (1) and
<br />the Westerly Thirty-five Feet (35') of Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Pleasant View
<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, induding all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Successor Trustee hereby elects to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 25,
<br />1998, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures
<br />this obligation.
