<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MITCHELL E MENDYK AND JUDY L MENDYK. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VlNGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUNE 15.2005 and recorded JULY II. 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200506221 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
