Vasey and Teresa K. <br />Vasey, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Robert L. Rail and Denise J. Rail, husband and wife, <br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real property in HallCounty, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), D.K.
