<br />Trust dated October 29, 1980, collectively, as guarantors (said Loan Agreement, as it may
<br />hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time,
<br />being the "Agreement"; the terms defined therein and not otherwise defined herein being used
