<br />696 and except tract condemned by the State of Nebraska, condemnation
<br />proceedings recorded at Book 9, Page 649 and except a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Quitclaim Deed recorded as Document No. 82-
<br />002508 and excepting a tract of land more particularly described in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 93-108854
