<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated October 7, 2006 and executed by Scott R. Clark, an unmarried man, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded As Instrument 0200609169 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 16th day of October, 2006

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconve~ the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lots Eight (8) and Nine, in Block Eighty Three (83), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City
<br />ofGrand~Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Island

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 16th day of January, 2008.
