SCHOONOVER, a single person, GRANTOR, pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain Agreement for Like-Kind Exchange between Grantor and Grantee dated January 11,2008, convey to GRANTEE, JAMES ROBERT MORTON, all of Grantor's interest in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situ- ated in Hall County, Nebraska: The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYzS Wv..) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land described in a Deed of Correction recorded in Book 156, Page 410, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and described as follows: Referring to the West Quarter Corner of said Section Twenty-Three (23); thence easterly on the North Line ofthe West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYZSWV..) of said Section Twenty-Three (23) a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Seven Tenths (150.7) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing easterly on said North Line a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty and Eight Tenths (1,180.8) feet to the Northeast Corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYZSWV..); thence southerly on the East Line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter(WYzSWv..) a distance of One Hundred Eighty-One and Three Tenths (181.3) feet; thence westerly 97027' right a distance of Six Hundred Seventy-Two (672.0) feet; thence continuing westerly 04006' right a distance of Five Hundred Twenty-Five and One Tenth (525.1) feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.75 acres, more or less, being the acreage hereby secured.
