SCHOONOVER, a single person, GRANTOR, pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions of that certain Agreement for Like-Kind Exchange between Grantor and Grantee <br />dated January 11,2008, convey to GRANTEE, JAMES ROBERT MORTON, all of Grantor's <br />interest in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situ- <br />ated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYzS Wv..) of Section Twenty-Three <br />(23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land described in a Deed of <br />Correction recorded in Book 156, Page 410, in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska and described as follows: <br /> <br />Referring to the West Quarter Corner of said Section Twenty-Three (23); thence <br />easterly on the North Line ofthe West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WYZSWV..) <br />of said Section Twenty-Three (23) a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Seven <br />Tenths (150.7) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing easterly on said <br />North Line a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty and Eight Tenths <br />(1,180.8) feet to the Northeast Corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(WYZSWV..); thence southerly on the East Line of said West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter(WYzSWv..) a distance of One Hundred Eighty-One and Three Tenths <br />(181.3) feet; thence westerly 97027' right a distance of Six Hundred Seventy-Two <br />(672.0) feet; thence continuing westerly 04006' right a distance of Five Hundred <br />Twenty-Five and One Tenth (525.1) feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />2.75 acres, more or less, being the acreage hereby secured.
