HOWARD, wife and husband, GRANTORS, pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain Agreement for Like-Kind Exchange between Grantors and Grantee dated January 11, 2008, convey to GRANTEE, JAMES ROBERT MORTON, all of Grantors' interest in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb.
