HOWARD and REX H. HOWARD, wife and husband, GRANTORS, <br />pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain Agreement for Like-Kind Exchange between <br />Grantors and Grantee dated January 11, 2008, convey to GRANTEE, JAMES ROBERT <br />MORTON, all of Grantors' interest in and to the following-described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb.
