<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about April 5, 2006, by and
<br />between Julia A. Dittmer and Kenny Dittmer, wife and husband, as Trustors, and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), acting solely as nominee for
<br />First NLC Financial Services, LLC, DBA The Lending Center, Beneficiary, wherein
<br />Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />April 17, 2006 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200603338.

<br />On or about July 30, 2007, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
<br />("MERS") acting solely as nominee for First NLC Financial Services, LLC, DBA The
<br />Lending Center, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the
<br />Deed of Trust to U.S. Bank, National Association. The Assignment was recorded August
<br />13, 2007 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No. 200706891.

<br />Michael P. Schmiedt, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Michael P. Schmiedt, Attorney at
<br />Law, will be referred to as GRANTOR.

<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of $62,400.00 and other valuable consideration
<br />received from U.S. Bank, National Association, hereinafter GRANTEE, does hereby
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GRANTEE the following described real
