<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar

<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,

<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust

<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby

<br />grants and conveys to HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III 636 Grand

<br />Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL 33510 without any covenant or warranty,

<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate;

<br />and recorded in Hqll County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 30, 2004, and recorded on May 14, 2004,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument No. 200404818 wherein Eric Serrano and Marie Serrano,
<br />Husband and Wife are named Trustors; and Homeowners Loan Corp is
<br />named Beneficiary; and American Pioneer Title Insurance Company is
<br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee,
<br />on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />
<br />secure, affioDg other obligations, pay:-nent of a promissory note cf
<br />
<br />even date in the principal amount of $65,000.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Homeowners Loan Corp
<br />to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. by an Assignment
<br />dated April 30, 2004 and recorded on December 6, 2004 in Instrument
<br />No. 200411699 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was further assigned to
<br />Household Finance Corporation III by an Assignment dated October 9,
<br />2007 and recorded on October 15, 2007 Instrument #200708823. That
