<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, hereby
<br />grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN
<br />DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as Assignee, Grantee,
<br />Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, c/o Best Assets,
<br />Inc., 501 Marquette Avenue, Suite 1200, Minneapolis, Minnesota
<br />55404, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated March 11, 2002, and recorded on March 13,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200202774 wherein John P. Hartford and
<br />Julie A. Hartford, Husband and Wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $76,396.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial Inc. to Washington
<br />Mutual Bank, FA by an Assignment dated March 11, 2002 and recorded
<br />on May 17, 2002 as Instrument No. 200205305; re-recorded June 14,
<br />2002 as Instrument No. 200206354 in the Office of the Register of
