<br />u.s. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases, ("Deed of Trust") dated November 8, 2005, and filed December 7, 2005, as Instrument
<br />#0200512027,of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Randall L Kowalski as Trustor, U.S. Bank
<br />National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit
