<br />The undersigned, Brandon S. Connick, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated June 27, 2007, wherein Brian V. Haumont, Sr., an unmarried person
<br />and Sherry Cortinas, an unmarried person are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the
<br />otlice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 29, 2007, as Instrument No.
<br />200705456 and which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Custer
<br />County, Nebraska on July 5, 2007, in Book 07, Page 4053 and contains as trust property, the
<br />following-described real estate:

<br />ONE (1), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE
<br />6th P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, more particularly described as:
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section One
<br />(1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West ofthe 6lhp.M., which point

<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Successor Trustee hereby elects to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated June 27,
<br />2007, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INe., pursuant to
<br />the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation.
