<br />ROY STOLTENBERG AND EDWARD STOLTENBERG, CO-PERSONAL
<br />REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ESTATE OF MARVIN STOLTENBERG, DECEASED
<br />(Hall County Court Case No. PR07-159), Grantors, convey and
<br />release subject to deed of trust, restrictive covenants,
<br />easements and all other restrictions of record, and subject to
<br />the liens created by Decedent's Will which secures the obligation
<br />of Grantee to pay one-half (~) of the debt which was secured by a
<br />lien against the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE~SE~) of Section Twenty-three (23) and that part of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section Twenty-six (26) (all in

<br />P.M.) which was conveyed to Edward Stoltenberg by Deed of

<br />obligation to pay the balance of the debt due upon the purchase
<br />price of the pivot system located upon the South Half of the

<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., to
<br />ROY STOLTENBERG, Grantee, the following described real estate in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />numbered: 80-001825; 83-002482; 97-108765; 99-104723
<br />and 200609695.

<br />Grantors have determined that the Grantee designated herein
<br />is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate from
<br />said estate. Grantors covenant with Grantee that Grantors have
<br />legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
