That <br />deed is not defective concerning its conveyance of that portion <br />of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., which is described in that deed <br />and identified therein as Tract One. The defect in that deed is <br />that it improperly limits his interest in the real estate <br />described as Tracts Two and Three to a life estate contrary to <br />the provisions of the Decedent's Will which grants him those <br />tracts outright subject only to the life estate of his mother <br />E~sie Schimmer. She died on March 19, 2007, leaving Leslie <br />Schimmer as the only person who now has any interest in Tracts <br />Two and Three. <br /> <br />-" <br />~"- <br />c., <br />c <br /> <br />Therefore, as to the real estate described therein as Tract <br />Two and Tract Three that Deed is hereby corrected and superseded <br />by the following conveyance: <br /> <br />Grantor conveys and releases the following described real <br />estate to LESLIE SCHIMMER, individually, to have and to hold the <br />same forever as a result of his having survived Elsie Schimmer <br />who died on March 19, 2007, to-wit: <br /> <br />1 <br />
