<br />was ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to Deutsche Bank National Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass
<br />Through Certificates, Series 2004-R11, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated
<br />as of December 1, 2004, without recourse" its successors and assigns.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I Arend R. Baack, Master Commissioner, in consideration
<br />of the premise,s and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said
<br />Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as
<br />Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass Through
<br />Certificates, Series 2004-R11, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of
<br />December 1, 2004, without recourse" its successors and assigns, the premises so as
<br />aforesaid sold, to wit:

<br />Lot Eleven (11) and the Southerly One Half of Lot Nine (9), all in Block
<br />Seventeen (17), University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Deutsche Bank National Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass
<br />Through Certificates, Series 2004-R11, under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement
<br />dated as of December 1, 2004, without recourse, its successors and assigns.
