Depue, Attorney at Law, and states that: <br /> <br />1. He is the Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the <br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. <br />0200209155. <br /> <br />2. That Miguel Mateo Pedro is the Trustor under the said <br />Trust Deed. <br /> <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. <br />Depue as Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on <br />a note payable to Farmers State Bank, now known as Bank of Clarks. <br /> <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as <br />follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Part of Lot Thirteen (13) of the County Subdivision of <br />the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (Sl/2 SE1/4) of <br />Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commenc- <br />ing at the Northwest corner of a piece of land in said <br />Lot Thirteen (13) (described in the deed from Christian <br />Hamm to Anton H. Rehder recorded in Book 27, Page 402 of <br />the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska), running <br />thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Lot <br />Thirteen (13), 62 feet; thence Southerly at right angles <br />180 feet, thence Easterly at right angles 66 feet, thence <br />Northerly at right angles 180 feet, thence Westerly at <br />right angles 4 feet to the place of beginning, subject to <br />the Southerly Half (Sl/2) of the 80-foot street known as <br />Charles Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />lying immediately Northerly of the above described <br />premises. <br /> <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has <br />occurred and the Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or <br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to- <br />wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />
